1. How do I sign up for your classes?
Just click on our ENROLL NOW buttons and choose your courses. Our Certificate Series and Package Deals are the best value and also allow you to earn your CTU Cannabis Industry Certificate™.
2. How long do I have to view your courses once I sign up?
CTU gives each paid student 30 days of access to view your courses. Students can take the optional exam as many times as needed after they have completed viewing the material.
3. How old do I have to be to enroll at CTU?
The minimum age to enroll at CTU is 18 years of age. Before viewing any of our courses, it is the students responsibility to verify that they are at least 18 years of age.
4. Who are your instructors?
CTU has the best instructors in the marijuana industry. Each instructor has real-world experience and has been In the Medical Marijuana Industry for many years. Our Horticulture instructors have won awards at Cannabis Cups for nutrients that create some of the most potent marijuana in the world. CTU is located in San Francisco, CA. Our instructors are from all over the United States.
6. Can I pay for one and watch the classes with my friends and family?
Of course! One of the many benefits of online learning is that more than one person can view the classes, while only paying once!
7. What methods of payment do you accept?

9. How many minutes are the classes at CTU?
Our classes vary in length from 45 minutes to over 120 minutes in length. While viewing the course you may pause, rewind, fast forward, and jump from chapter to chapter.
10. Will there be an Advanced Section added to your site soon?
Yes, CTU is hard at work developing our “Advanced Cannabis Certificate Program” and all those who earn their “Cannabis Industry Certificate” will be informed when the new program is made available.

12. I didn’t pass my exam on my first try. May I re-take it so I can earn my “CTU Cannabis Industry Certificate”™?
Yes, you can take your exam as many times as needed to pass for 7 days, once you have finished viewing the courses and begin your exam. After taking all the courses in our “CTU Cannabis Industry Certificate™” program you may take the exam as many times as needed in the 30 days until you pass.
13. I finished the “CTU Cannabis Industry Certificate” program and passed my exam. How will I receive my “CTU Cannabis Industry Certificate”?
Your “CTU Cannabis Industry Certificate” will be sent to the email that you provide when you registered at CTU. If you would like an official paper version on quality stock paper mailed to you, you may request one for a fee of $15 here.
14. How can I buy some Cannabis Training University merchandise like t-shirts and mugs?
