5 Simple Marijuana Desserts For Beginners

Want to impress your guests with pot infusions but don’t quite trust your cooking skills? Here are 5 simple marijuana desserts that even beginners can easily tackle.

There’s no better way to relieve stress than to quell it with some mouth-watering, herb-infused desserts. For these recipes, cannabutter will be used to infuse the desserts. Once you master making cannabutter, you’ll find it useful in many different recipes.

Before we get to the recipes, we dug up some interesting history of desserts and herbal infusions.

Dessert is coined from a French word desservir, which means “to clear the table.” The term first appeared in a health education manual for natural health. Desserts have always been served after the table has been cleared and it is usual to have herbs served at this time.

In the US, desserts will usually comprise of the following kinds of foods:

  • Biscuits
  • Cakes
  • Puddings
  • Custard
  • Ice creams
  • Pastries
  • Pies
  • Wines
  • Jellies
  • Sweet soups

Benefits of Pot Infused Desserts

Adding cannabis to your desserts comes with many benefits. Medicinal cannabis patients often use cannabis desserts to add variety to medication routines.

Adding marijuana to food offers these benefits:

  • Relaxation
  • Stress relief
  • Increased focus and creativity
  • Happiness
  • Euphoria
  • Laughter
  • Good mood

If you’re having guests, these infused delicacies will help to lighten moods and trigger intimate conversation. Pot-infused desserts may trigger serious weed munchies. Additionally, couch-lock is likely to happen. Don’t be surprised if you and your guests are glued to the couch unable to get up, but at the same time very hungry. Keep some leftovers on stand-by to remedy the situation!
