Health Benefits of Cannabis Tea

Cannabis provides medicinal value and is used to treat myriad medical conditions, but not everyone wants to smoke it. That’s why cannabis tea is a great option and people have been choosing this option to provide a solution to various medical ailments.

As cannabis popularity grows, the idea of using cannabis tea as a means of solving health issues seems to also be getting popular. First of all, cannabis tea is much gentler than smoking cannabis. If you are new to cannabis and you don’t know how to make cannabis tea, then we have put together most of the specifics for you including the recipe. Cannabis tea is often used to reduce morning sickness and other forms of nausea including other ailments. It is just an amazing therapeutic aid, which you will find out soon enough.

Recipe

For cannabis tea, the recipe includes half gram cannabis buds, a cup and a half of water, a chosen tea bag, half teaspoon coconut oil, sugar, honey or milk, pot, spoon and a strainer. Now let us check out the instructions. Grind up your cannabis buds, separating the stem so you can use it alter for a milder kind of tea. Once the buds are grounded, put them in a bowl; after which you would add the butter or coconut oil. Cover with water and then put on the stove under heat to slowly boil, stirring the mixture as you do so for about half an hour. Remove it when done from the stove and put it to sit until you notice that the bubbles are no longer breaking the surface. Use a strainer to pour it into a bowl or cup and then drink.

Benefits

OK, now that you have an idea how to make cannabis tea, you need to know the health benefits that are derived by it. If you use cannabis on a regular basis, especially if you are a medical patient, then you probably know the benefits of the CBD and THC found in this amazing plant. But, it might still be helpful to refresh your memory. First of all, if you suffer from anxiety, arthritis, nausea, depression, chronic pain, headaches, migraine, auto immune system disorders and any anti-inflammatory condition, you would definitely benefit from cannabis tea and other cannabis products.

For people with anxiety and depression or a high level of stress, cannabis tea can tone down the rhetoric or thoughts that race in the mind. A stressful lifestyle can lead to anxiety, panic attacks and depression. A little cannabis tea each day can change your mood, allowing you to thoughtfully meditate without feeling stressed, but make sure you consume the cannabis tea after the day ends and before bedtime. However, it all depends on which cannabis strain you use because you can take it in the morning, but use a strain with higher levels of CBD. Sometimes, it is the stress and anxiety getting out of control that can lead to other serious illnesses, which will usually become chronic.

Try a Cup!

Don’t wait until your stress gets out of hand before drinking cannabis tea. Doing so may help you avoid other chronic illnesses.
