Pinene smells like Christmas. A distinct piney aroma is commonly found in terpenes and can be used for anxiety, inflammation, and pain. Pinene-rich strains include OG Kush, Haze Berry, Remedy, and God’s Gift.
Caryophyllene has a blend of earthy, musky, and citrus notes that can also be found in black pepper, cinnamon, and cloves. Caryophyllene is believed to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and could help reduce depression and anxiety.

Growing Harlequin Strain
Those with a brown or green thumb can easily grow the Harlequin strain. Buy Harlequin feminized seeds online or clones at a dispensary nearby. Growers recommend planting Harlequin early in the planting season due to CBD’s quicker deterioration rate compared to THC.
Under optimal growing conditions, Harlequin can produce tall plants, a high yield, and large colas with bright orange-and-red pistils. Harlequin plants respond well to training to maintain proper airflow in the canopy. Harlequin can grow in soil or hydroponic mediums.
Harlequin can grow indoors or outdoors and prefers temperatures between 72º and 85º F. This sativa-dominant strain can handle high humidity levels as long as you ensure there’s a good airflow between plants and branches, which may need support due to the size of the buds.
Growing Difficulty: Easy-Moderate
Plant Height: 78 inches+
Flowering Period: 7-9 weeks
Yield: 3-6 ounces per square foot
