In Costa Rica, while marijuana is predominantly illegal, there are provisions for decriminalization. This means that residents can possess a small amount of cannabis without facing legal penalties.

To learn more about the marijuana laws or to enter a career in the marijuana industry, you are invited to sign up at the Costa Rica Cannabis School where enrollment has begun.
