Cannabis cultivation is a complex process that requires specific knowledge, skills, tools and growing environment in order to produce high-quality buds. The quality of the final product depends on many factors, from the type of seeds used to the timing of the harvest.

We teach you the basics of caring for your plant throughout its vegetative and flowering stages and advanced techniques on troubleshooting common gardening issues. Learn how to prevent pest infestations and disease outbreaks from experienced growers.

Cannabis Cooking and Extraction Class

Learn the basics of cooking with cannabis, including how to make your own cannabutter and canna-oils. You'll also learn how to make cannabis-infused syrups, topicals, and tinctures.

In addition to learning how to cook with cannabis, you will also learn about the science behind extraction methods such as CO2, ethanol, and butane hash oil (BHO).

We will discuss the different types of solvents used to make concentrates, how they work, and the differences between them. We will also go over the basic chemistry needed to understand why certain solvents work better than others for different types of extracts.

After going over the different solvents, we will move on to some basic techniques that can be used with each type of solvent. Then we'll move on to discussing safety concerns, like proper ventilation and how to safely handle flammable gases such as propane and butane when working with concentrates.

Cannabis Medicine Class

Cannabis medicine is a science. In this class, we will be focusing on the medicinal use of cannabis.

We will discuss the history and science of cannabis as a medicine, as well as how to identify different strains and products and what to look for when purchasing.

We'll also go over how to use it properly and safely and how to obtain a medical card.
