- I don’t remember my password?
If you have forgotten your password please go to the login page and press the Reset Password button. Put in your email you enrolled with and a link will be sent to that email. Hit the link in your email and you will be prompted to reset your password.
If you do not receive the password reset email please check your spam, if it is not in there please email us at support@thectu.com.
- It says I can't enroll myself in a course?
Your access to your program expires when your access time is over.
If your time has run out and you would like to add an extension please email us at support@thectu.com and we will give you directions on how to do so.
If you believe your account has incorrectly expired, email support@theCTU.com. Please include the email address you enrolled with.
- I'm trying to login to get a copy of my certificate but it is saying my email is invalid?
If you enrolled prior to January 2022 it will not recognize your email because we launched a new program.
If you need a copy of your certificate please email support@thectu.com with your first and last name and the email you used to enroll with.
- I enrolled after 2022 and am trying to access my program to obtain a copy of my certificate, but I’m receiving a message stating that my access has expired. Do I need to extend my access to retrieve my certifications?
