Marin County:

Cannabis dispensaries remain open

San Diego County:

Cannabis dispensaries are open and you can also access curbside delivery.

Sacramento County:

Cannabis dispensaries are open but social distancing is enforced.

Santa Clara County:

Medical cannabis dispensaries are open but recreational dispensaries are closed. Curbside pickup is also banned.

Colorado

Cannabis delivery is new but operational in Colorado. You can also access curbside delivery. Medical dispensaries are also open and allowing walk-ins.

Connecticut

Cannabis delivery is not allowed in Connecticut

Delaware

Medical cannabis deliveries are allowed but curbside pickup is not allowed

Florida

Deliveries for medical cannabis are allowed. Curbside pickup is also allowed.

Medical dispensaries remain open and patients can patients can renew their registration through telemedicine.

Hawaii

There are no cannabis deliveries in Hawaii. Curbside pickup is also not allowed but the few medical dispensaries remain open

Illinois

Cannabis deliveries and curbside deliveries are not allowed. However, cannabis deliveries remain open

Louisiana

Cannabis deliveries are allowed but curbside pickups are not allowed. Medical dispensaries remain open.

Maine

Deliveries for medical cannabis are allowed, curbside delivery is also allowed in some dispensaries

Maryland

Delivery or medical cannabis is allowed. Curbside pickup as well as drive – throughs are allowed. Medical dispensaries are open

Massachusetts

Both deliveries and curbside pickups are allowed

Michigan

Home deliveries have been allowed to curb the spread of COVID-19. Michigan is also offering curbside pickups in some dispensaries

Missouri

Some medical cannabis dispensaries are offering deliveries but there are no dispensaries that offer curbside pickup

Nevada

Nevada dispensaries are offering cannabis deliveries while a few are offering curbside pickups. Cannabis dispensaries are still open but have to abide by the COVID-19 regulations

New Jersey

Cannabis dispensaries are open in NJ; some are offering deliveries as well as curbside pickups. Dispensaries are considered to be essential services

New Mexico

Medical dispensaries are open and are offering delivery services. They are also offering curbside pickup.

New York

New York medical cannabis system is allowing for cannabis delivery in some locations. Some dispensaries are also offering curbside pickups

Ohio

Ohio dispensaries have been allowed to remain operational. They are offering weed delivery as well as curbside pickups

Oregon

In Oregon, cannabis delivery as well as curbside pickups is available. Cannabis dispensaries are also open but have to observe physical distancing

Oklahoma

Cannabis delivery is not allowed in Oklahoma. However, curbside pickup is allowed at some medical dispensaries

Pennsylvania

Cannabis delivery is outlawed in Rhode Island. Medical cannabis patients may pick their cannabis at the curbside of participating stores

Washington DC

Medical dispensaries in DC remain open and they offer both deliveries and curbside pickups.
