In the end, they managed to retain GSC’s signature cookie flavor with a stronger potency meant for heavy and medicinal users.
With a name like Animal Cookies, it’s no surprise that this hybrid strain is jam-packed with a doughy and cookie-like flavor. Notes of sugar, vanilla, nuts, and cherry provide a satisfying sweetness on the inhale and exhale.
A pungent and earthy undertone creates a balanced flavor profile. It literally tastes of sugar, spice, and everything nice.
Similar to its sweet and herbal flavor, Animal Cookies has a distinct sweet and sour aroma. You don’t even need to get close to experience the full effect of its desert-like and fruity smell.
A tantalizing scent fills your nose with a sugary punch you won’t soon forget. Animal Cookies has a high concentration of humulene, caryophyllene, and myrcene terpenes.

While Animal Cookies can grow well in the outdoors, it thrives in an indoor climate-controlled environment. Novice growers may have trouble with its relatively high maintenance characteristics.
This strain will require regular pruning and training to achieve high yields and high potency.
Trim the stems to stimulate lateral growth and the large fan leaves to give your buds in lower branches plenty of light. Regular pruning also produces a better airflow between the buds and canopy to avoid mold and allow your plant to thrive.
Due to its pungent smell, you may want to invest in a carbon filter ventilation system.
