Can I make THC pot brownies or CBD brownies with concentrates?
Yes! You can make any type of cannabis edible or marijuana-infused product using cannabis concentrates. This will create your own cannabis cooking oil to add into the recipe.

Do I need to have a license to make THC or CBD marijuana concentrate products for my friends?
In most areas with legal medical or adult-use cannabis programs, patients (and/or consumers) are legally allowed to make marijuana products for personal use without a license. In many areas, citizens are allowed to give away a limited number of marijuana-infused products to other people, as long as no money is exchanged.
However, laws around homemade cannabis concentrates are usually much stricter. The more dangerous extraction processes, like butane extraction, are illegal in many areas. For the specific laws in your area, sign up for one of CTU’s marijuana training courses. ALL of CTU’s cannabis certificate programs provide detailed marijuana laws in all US states and Canadian provinces.
If I want to sell my THC or CBD weed concentrates, do I need a license?

Where can I find the THC and THCA percentages of my marijuana concentrates?
If the cannabis extract is homemade, you can use a home test to estimate potency. For detailed instructions, sign up for the Cannabis Extraction Pro Certificate Program.
Is my cannabis concentrate activated?
If the label is not clear, look at the cannabis concentrate or cannabis extract. If you can see crystals in it, the marijuana concentrate is not activated. This is because THCA forms crystals, while THC does not.
CO2 marijuana concentrates generally come pre-activated, while “live” cannabis concentrates (of any consistency) and cannabis kief do not. When in doubt about any other marijuana concentrates, including hash, BHO, and rosin, ask your budtender or check the manufacturer’s website.
